As a Security Officer Part Time - Unarmed in Blythewood, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. This role includes routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, supporting access control, and providing outstanding customer service at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. The position requires a valid driver’s license per Allied Universal driver policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response activities and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
