As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm activity, and remain visible to help deter incidents. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving role. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, perimeter, and other assigned locations.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and assist with visitor, vendor, and delivery-driver entry procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ years of age for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
