Security Officer Part Time Truck Gate

About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring culture that puts people first, working with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and observe site conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and report policy violations, damaged property, and/or operational concerns.
- Support Allied Universal and site leadership with routine post duties, including maintaining logs, communicating important updates, and assisting with security-related requests as needed.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Friday: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
