Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and crew by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Screen passengers, visitors, bags, packages, and restricted items in accordance with post orders and established screening protocols, helping to identify and report suspicious activity and/or prohibited property.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel of security-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, entry points, queue lines, and nearby perimeter spaces, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Aid with access control and credential verification for authorized individuals entering designated areas, helping to support orderly operations and compliance with location procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
