What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and access screening protocols.
• Screen individuals and personal property using established screening equipment and procedures, escalating prohibited items, access concerns, and irregularities according to site policy.
• Verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials; maintain accurate entry records; and direct authorized persons to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entrances, and surrounding business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
