Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and team members while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor and driver authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate activity records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Support the orderly movement of personnel and vehicles at the location while helping to deter unauthorized access and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
