About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report unusual activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Supported by a caring, agile, and reliable team, you will bring integrity and professionalism to every interaction while helping create a welcoming, well-protected environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, access protocols, and site-specific policies at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, equipment areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify irregular conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for individuals and vehicles entering restricted or operational areas.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, access concerns, and unusual observations through detailed reports and timely communication with designated personnel.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Schedule

• Friday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Saturday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
