About the role

As a Security Officer Part Time Routine Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and employee entry in accordance with site procedures, and assist with directing guests, deliveries, and/or vendors to the appropriate destination.
• Support closing and opening routines, observe for irregular conditions involving doors, alarms, and/or restricted areas, and communicate security-related issues according to post instructions.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
