Security Officer Part Time Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobby areas, offices, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to identify and report suspicious activity and/or unsecured conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and compliance with site rules and security-related procedures.
• Communicate with clients, employees, visitors, and/or local responders as needed during routine operations and incident response, helping to support order and continuity at the location.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
