Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and customer assistance practices within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site leadership and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, receiving areas, stockrooms, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, noting observations, patrol activity, and/or customer service interactions in accordance with Allied Universal and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
