Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential risks, helping to deter loss-related issues and supporting a professional environment for customers and staff.
• Aid with access control, closing and opening activities, and other assigned security-related duties based on location needs and business operations.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
