- Sat: 10:00 AM - 09:00 PM
- Sun: 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, sales floor, entry points, stock areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
- Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and/or policy violations through visible presence and routine inspections.
Minimum Requirements
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
