Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including interior areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the location during services, events, and daily operations, helping to verify authorized entry and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and assist with crowd management and directional support during programs, gatherings, and special events.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
