Security Officer Part Time Patrol Driver

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor access points, observe on-site conditions, and communicate with residents, visitors, and/or management regarding authorized entry, unusual activity, or property-related concerns.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related observations and share information with supervisors or designated property contacts as needed.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
