Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at a healthcare-related pharmaceutical facility while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including the building perimeter, access points, parking areas, and restricted locations, to help identify unusual conditions.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and requests for assistance to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and irregularities through required reports, logs, and/or electronic systems in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
