Security Officer Part Time Patrol

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or access control issues.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report unauthorized activity or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
- Support daily operations by preparing incident reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and sharing relevant updates during shift changes and/or with Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licenses requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
