Security Officer Part Time Patrol

The role is a Part‑Time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution in San Antonio, TX, providing security services, customer service, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site‑specific access‑control procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum age 18 (unarmed roles) or 21 (armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Pay

$19.10 per hour.

Schedule

Daytime shifts with the following hours:

• Saturday: 06:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Sunday: 06:00 PM – 06:00 AM
