Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and/or the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and/or assist with access control procedures to help support authorized access at the location.
- Communicate with site contacts, visitors, and/or local responders when needed, while helping to maintain order and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
