What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention.
- Maintain a visible presence, reporting suspicious behavior, and assisting with security-related requests in a courteous and professional manner.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
