As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

- Saturday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
- Sunday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare-related facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures while maintaining a professional presence.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation for patrols, incidents, observations, and/or interactions.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
