As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
- Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying visitor and contractor authorization, and reporting unauthorized activity.
- Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Requirements
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Schedule
Part Time Overnight: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM.
