Security Officer Part Time Overnight

About the role
As a Front Desk Security Officer at a premier hotel and resort location, you will welcome guests, manage access, observe lobby activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Using computer or tablet systems, you will support a positive guest experience through clear communication and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and/or associates at the front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Monitor access to the hotel, greet and verify visitors as appropriate, and help direct guests, vendors, and deliveries according to established procedures.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
- Maintain accurate front-desk logs, incident reports, visitor records, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.
- Observe lobby and entry activity from a stationary post and report suspicious, unauthorized, or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- A guard card or license is required.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
