About the role

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a food and beverage location, you will be the welcoming presence for visitors, employees, and vendors. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to visitors, employees, vendors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access at the front desk, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests according to site-specific requirements.
• Answer phones, receive and route inquiries, communicate with site personnel, and provide clear information to authorized visitors and vendors.
• Observe front desk activity and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, incidents, and hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency and security-related procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
