About the role
As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will maintain a visible presence, help address security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment for patients, staff, and guests. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service at a front desk in a healthcare location by following site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and visitor management protocols.
- Greet patients, visitors, vendors, and staff; verify identification and appointments as required; issue visitor credentials; and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
- Monitor entry activity, maintain visitor logs and other required documentation, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and contacting appropriate support resources.
- Assist with maintaining an orderly reception area while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a professional experience for all individuals entering the location.
Requirements
- Access Control/Badge Experience preferred.
- Customer Service Experience preferred.
- CPR Certification preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
