About the role

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will serve as a visible, approachable presence, helping to deter security-related incidents through clear communication and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Coordinate with building management, site personnel, and emergency responders as needed, while providing clear directions and professional communication.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
