Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage location by following site-specific procedures and supporting a professional front-desk experience.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate visitor arrivals or facility concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report unusual conditions, access concerns, or security-related incidents according to site policies.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
