About the role
As a Front Desk Security Professional at a retail location, you will be the welcoming, visible presence for visitors, tenants, and staff. You will manage access, observe activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, shoppers, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.
- Staff the front desk or lobby area, greet and direct visitors, maintain a professional presence, and provide assistance with access-related questions.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials as required, issue visitor passes or badges in accordance with site procedures, and maintain visitor records.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site policies.
- Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, or maintenance concerns to help support a welcoming and orderly environment.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Sunday: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM
