As a Front Desk Security Professional in a financial institution location, you will create a welcoming, professional presence while supporting access management, visitor assistance, and security-related communications. You will help maintain an orderly environment, respond to inquiries, and support security-related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial services office reception area while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information, manage visitor access records, and direct guests to the appropriate office or contact.
• Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, observe activity through available systems, and report unusual or unauthorized activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Support emergency response activities by communicating instructions, maintaining accurate logs, and assisting with site-specific procedures.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

$18.50 / Hour

DayTime, Saturday 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Sunday 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
