About the role

As a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide professional communication and customer service. You will help maintain a secure, welcoming environment through attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork.

• Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for visitors, employees, contractors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Follow site-specific access-control procedures by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests appropriately.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems as assigned, and report unusual activity or concerns according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while providing customer service in alignment with Allied Universal and site policies.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
