As a Front Desk Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will help maintain an organized environment, respond to inquiries, and report concerns with integrity and care. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing individuals according to site requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and incident logs, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Monitor front-desk communications, receive calls and deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access through professional access-control practices.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Wednesday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
