Security Officer Part Time Foot Patrol

About the role
As a Part-Time Security Officer Foot Patrol in Three Rivers, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. This role offers flexibility to build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, entry points, shipping and receiving locations, and the facility perimeter; report unusual conditions or hazards.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
- Help deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security-related concerns through a visible presence and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Thursday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
