Mon: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Sat: 12:30 AM - 07:30 AM

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Monitor access points for a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorization, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry and exit activity.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed by site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, building entrances, and the perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Loss prevention experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
