Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Control access to restricted areas in accordance with established policies, escalating unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and contacting emergency services when directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
