About the role

As a Part‑Time Security Officer / Driver Visitor Services in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as commercial real estate. You will be the welcoming first point of contact at a front desk, supporting access control, visitor management, and security‑related communications while maintaining an organized, professional environment and delivering outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real‑estate front desk by following site‑specific procedures and access‑control protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Monitor entry activity, receive and route calls, manage deliveries, and communicate relevant information to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Support security‑related operations by reporting unusual activity, documenting incidents, and coordinating with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license (required for driving positions only) in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Successful completion of a background investigation and, where permitted, a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be subject to state or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
