As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor activity, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
- Control entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access.
- Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter, reporting security-related concerns and unusual activity.
