Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a retail and office location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures; report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency protocols.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications for Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

• Day Time
• Friday: 07:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

$18.50 / Hour
