As a Security Officer Part Time Driver for Unarmed Patrol in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position offers the opportunity to communicate with team members and visitors while supporting a caring, reliable, and integrity-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and/or store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, shoplifting-related observations, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, as assigned.
• Monitor for unusual activity, potential policy violations, and conditions that may require attention, and report observations through established procedures.
• Assist with access control, customer flow, and communication with store personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour
• Position Type: Part Time
• Schedule: Monday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Tuesday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Sunday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
