About the role
As a Dispatch Security Professional at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and support timely responses to security-related needs. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location.
- Monitor incoming calls, alarms, cameras, and communication systems, documenting and dispatching appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
- Coordinate responses to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining communication with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, access records, and shift activity documentation.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

- Saturday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
- Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
