Security Officer Part Time Dispatch Driver

About the role
As a Dispatch Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to incidents. You will maintain clear records, provide professional customer service, and help promote a secure environment through teamwork and integrity. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy Requirements.

- Saturday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
- Sunday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, radio communications, alarms, and dispatch requests; document and relay information to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor records, and other security-related documentation in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate communications with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, including production spaces, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter, while reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
