About the role

As a Dispatch Response Driver Security Officer in Lancaster, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. This part-time role offers flexibility to build a schedule that works for you using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Dispatch Security Professional, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to incidents at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.

This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology infrastructure location.
  • Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize service requests, and coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and other critical situations.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident details, shift activity records, and communications with on-site personnel and responding agencies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established communication channels as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Schedule

  • Wednesday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
