Security Officer Part Time Dispatch Response Driver

About the role
As a Dispatch Response Driver Security Officer in Lancaster, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. This part-time role offers flexibility to build a schedule that works for you using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Dispatch Security Professional, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to incidents at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology infrastructure location.
- Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize service requests, and coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and other critical situations.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident details, shift activity records, and communications with on-site personnel and responding agencies.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established communication channels as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
