Security Officer Part Time Dispatch Driver Call Intake

About the role

As a Dispatch Security Professional at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. Using strong customer service and communication skills, you will help maintain organized operations and support a welcoming environment. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology infrastructure location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize service requests, and coordinate the deployment of personnel to support site operations and incident response.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports, communicating relevant information to supervisors and site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, reporting unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$20.00 / Hour

• Day shift
• Saturday: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sunday: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
