You will manage access, greet and assist guests, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.80 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Serve as a professional front desk presence at a retail location by greeting visitors, monitoring access, and directing individuals according to site procedures.Verify visitor, vendor, and/or delivery personnel credentials, maintain required logs, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and contacting emergency services or site leadership when appropriate.Monitor entry activity and report unusual, unauthorized, or suspicious conditions to help deter theft, loss, and other security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.Be at least 21 years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
