Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to control access for personnel, vendors, and delivery traffic entering the location.
  • Observe inbound and outbound vehicle activity, document arrivals and departures, and report unusual, suspicious, and/or unauthorized access attempts according to post procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas, including operational spaces and perimeter locations, while checking for security-related issues and reporting conditions that may need attention.

Minimum Requirements

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
