Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor front desk activity, verify visitor access according to property protocols, and document arrivals, departures, and/or service requests in a professional manner.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management, emergency contacts, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Aid with badge distribution, key control, phone and radio communications, and other front desk administrative duties that support daily property operations and help to deter unauthorized access.
Minimum Requirements
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
