Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, warehouse spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Maintain security by monitoring entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel, and report unusual activity, damaged equipment, or policy concerns to site leadership.
- Support traffic flow and checkpoint activities involving trucks, trailers, and parcels, while following post orders and reporting incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance issues.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of security-related experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
