Security Officer Part Time Alarm Response

About the role

As a Part-Time Security Officer Driver Alarm Response in Winston-Salem, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Education and healthcare. This unarmed position requires monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and students by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare education setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly, coordinating with site personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, patient, and staff activity in accordance with site procedures; report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate security-related observations, hazards, and policy concerns to supervisors and site representatives.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for this driving position).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation, drug screen, and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Alarm panel experience (preferred).
• Access control/badge experience (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).

Pay

$15.00 / hour

Schedule

• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
