Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and tenants by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related records.
- Operate access-control systems and report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
