Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail apparel location.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, sales areas, stockrooms, receiving areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by directing visitors, communicating site procedures, and supporting loss-prevention and security-related operations.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must be willing to undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
