Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

• Saturday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sunday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and/or vendors at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining sign-in records, and directing guests in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Answer and route incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate visitor arrivals or service requests to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity, report unusual conditions or security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
