Security Officer - Overnight Dedicated Driving Role

About the role

Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer in a mobile role where you will conduct routine driving and foot rounds, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

DayTime: Mon 08:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Fri 08:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sat 08:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sun 08:00 PM - 06:00 AM
